Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free! This way you know exactly how much you pay for a product when you browse our website. We want to keep things simple so that you can spend more time shopping.

Can I send a gift?

Absolutely! Simply complete the Special Instructions box on Checkout
All our parcels are prettily packaged (we think every parcel you receive should feel like a gift!). But if it is a gift for someone else, we'll happily add a card with your wording - just be sure to write in the Special Instructions box that it is a gift and clearly include the card wording you'd like to have added.

You'll find the Special Instructions box at the bottom of the next page after you've completed the Delivery Address details.

What if a product is Out of Stock?

Just pop us an email and we would gladly try to obtain the product for you.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to provide your order to our courier as soon as possible to our courier, but this can depend on various factors. We will contact you if we cannot dispatch the product to our couriers within 7 days of order receipt.

The courier takes around 3 working between main centers to deliver, slightly more to areas further afield.

Where is my order?

You will receive an email as soon as your order has been dispatched to our courier, along with your tracking number.

You can then log into www.collivery.co.za to track your order.

How can I earn discount on my order?

The more you buy the more you save!

If you buy:
2 Product Line Items - you receive R50 off!
3 Product Line Items - you receive R105 off!
4 Product Line Items or more - you receive R165 off!

Each product line item that you can add to your Cart counts as one product (e.g. if the product line item includes a set of 3, it will count as 1 product line item only). The relevant discount will automatically be applied to your Cart at checkout.

How does payment work?

You will be directed to the PayFast website to enter your payment details. PayFast is a secure payment gateway in South Africa. Gardenglam will not receive or see your credit card details directly.

How secure is my payment?

We use PayFast as a secure payment gateway (www.payfast.co.za for more information). All credit card transactions are processed by PayFast who use Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption. For orders over R1000 3D Secure is in place which is an extra layer of security.

You will be asked to enter your 3D Secure password (different from the PIN) which is called Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code by the respective credit card companies. You have to register for 3D Secure with your card issuing bank, and can be set up either as a password of your choice or a one-time-password that will be sent to you via email/sms.

What payment methods can I use?

You can use your Visa or Mastercard to pay, or if you don't have a credit card you can do a PayFast Instant EFT during the checkout process (you will be directed to your banking page to do an EFT) if you are with one of the following banks: ABSA, FNB, Nedbank or Standard Bank.
