Gardenglam Delivery and Shipping

Delivery Policy:
This policy applies only to merchandise purchased via the Gardenglam Website, www.gardenglam.co.za.

Gardenglam is an online store and delivers to addresses within the Republic of South Africa. We do not have a physical store and do not allow for order collections from our office or warehouse unless by prior arrangement.

Please check your order, contact and address details carefully before you submit it as changes cannot be made once you have received confirmation of your order.

While we will endeavor to process your order as soon as possible, all requests or orders will be processed within 7 working days and handed over to a courier company for delivery to your physical address, subject to stock availability with suppliers and receipt of payment in full. All orders will be delivered during normal working hours, i.e. between 10h00 and 16h00 on a weekday. You are required to provide a daytime telephone number for delivery purposes. Please ensure that there is somebody available at your premises to receive your order. If a package is unable to be delivered through no fault of Gardenglam (e.g. without limitation no-one on the premises, unable to answer calls, incomplete or invalid address provided) we will attempt a second delivery after which if the package is not delivered you will be liable for all additional costs associated with delivery the package to you.

Gardenglam does not deliver to PO Boxes, consulates or farms due to courier surcharges. In the event that delivery is required to a rural or very remote area not serviced by standard couriers, Gardenglam may deliver via the SA Post Office, or to Your nearest town that is accessible by our nominated courier company within their normal routes. In this event, we will contact you.

Delivery is as indicated at checkout. However very large parcels may incur an additional surcharge. We will inform you via email if the surcharge applies and the parcel will only be shipped once you have accepted and paid the surcharge. Failure to accept the surcharge will result in the cancellation of the order and a refund to you of the value of your relevant order.

Furthermore Gardenglam reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received, in which event Gardenglam will refund you the value of your relevant order.

The cost of delivery for future orders may change without notice and will be specified at checkout.

Gardenglam makes every effort to ensure that the information displayed on our Website is up to date and accurate at all times. However, should an ordered item be out of stock or any other delay in delivery be necessary, we will make every effort to contact you to make alternative arrangements failing which we reserve the right to cancel your order

Gardenglam reserves the right to cancel or alter this policy, at its sole discretion, from time to time.

Return Policy:
You may return a product supplied by Gardenglam within 10 days of receipt if:

  1. We have supplied the incorrect product or if the product is faulty or damaged. In either case we will exchange it for the correct one. We will collect it at our expense and either replace, repair or refund the product.

  2. If you are not satisfied with your choice and the product is still in mint condition, you may return it (with the original packaging) and we will refund you the purchase price (excluding courier collection/delivery costs and an administration fee of 15% of the value of the specific product). Sale products may not be returned.
